TER Enterprise Pte Ltd ( or TER in short) is a social enterprise which provide opportunities/platform for young adults with special needs, particular those with autism, to further develop and showcase their artistic talents and in the process become more socially connected with the community and be able to contribute back to society.
Our logo "The Everyday Revolution" symbolizes the daily struggle of these individuals who want to a better version of themselves and indeed see ongoing improvement and focusing on what they can do rather than on their limitations.
We see art as a platform where the community and our artists have a common ground to connect and communicate. Through interacting with the community, we hope to inspire societal change and create new perspectives about them as being an integral part of the society.
Our vision is to help to build an eco-system for our special needs persons by expanding beyond their artistic skills to life skills and be able to contribute back to society.
All these are only achievable only with the collaboration of the most important bedrock - our Caregivers i.e. family members, helpers, volunteers, corporate partners, like minded social enterprises and the support of governmental agencies and NGOs.
TER honours these dedicated Caregivers who create a safe, friendly and creative environment for these youth with special needs, facilitating socialization and participation in variety of activities and programs both onsite and in the community.
